Description

Complete Avionics Capability in a Single Case

The RBI9693TDR Avionics Measurement and Maintenance Kit is purpose-built for aviation maintenance teams who need both accurate electrical testing and the specialised hand tools required for modern aircraft systems. It combines the contents of the RB19300T avionics test kit with the RB19600T tool set, delivering 68 dedicated test and measurement items plus 262 Bahco and DMC tools in a robust, foam-lined case.

This single solution removes the need to gather separate kits for connector work, insulation testing and general maintenance. Whether you are working on wiring looms, performing insulation resistance checks or terminating connectors, the RBI9693TDR keeps the correct tools immediately to hand and reduces time spent searching between tasks.

Technical Focus for Professional Use

At the heart of the measurement section sits the Fluke 1587 Insulation Multimeter, supported by a full suite of silicon test leads, aero leads in sizes 12–22 AWG, BNC/TNC adapters, crocodile clips, voltstick and safety plug adaptors. These allow rapid, safe verification of circuits and insulation integrity.

The hand-tool side concentrates on avionics-specific tasks: multiple insertion and removal tools, positioners, crimp tools, turret heads, ratcheting ring spanners, open-end wrenches, sockets and a comprehensive selection of pliers and screwdrivers. All are organised for efficient access in a case measuring 630 × 500 × 305 mm and weighing 25 kg.

Key Benefits at a Glance
  • Combines two proven Red Box kits into one 330-piece system for complete avionics coverage
  • Includes Fluke 1587 Insulation Multimeter plus professional test leads and adapters
  • Features Bahco and DMC tools specifically suited to aircraft connector and wiring work
  • Foam-lined, wheeled case keeps tools protected and organised for hangar or mobile use
  • Reduces downtime by placing measurement and maintenance tools in a single, ready-to-deploy package

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
