The RBI8400T brings together 134 carefully selected Bahco and DMC hand tools in a single, highly organised trolley case. Metric and imperial sizes sit alongside specialist avionics items including connector positioners, insertion/removal tools, precision crimpers, sockets, combination and open-end wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers and inspection aids. Everything is laid out in deep, two-colour (red/anthracite) foam that is resistant to Skydrol, oils and hydraulic fluids. The contrasting colours make any absent tool obvious at a glance, supporting rigorous tool-control procedures and reducing the risk of foreign object debris.

The case itself is manufactured from impact-resistant synthetic resin. It is watertight, fitted with a pressure-equalising valve, and runs on wheels with integrated handles so it can be moved easily around the hangar or flight line. At 474 mm × 415 mm × 214 mm and weighing 23 kg fully loaded, the kit remains practical for daily professional use while protecting the contents against the harsh conditions of aviation maintenance.

Reliable nationwide delivery for all HSE Store equipment.	01. Kerbside Delivery Goods are delivered to the kerbside only unless otherwise agreed. All goods must be considered palletised and needing a forklift to offload. It is the buyer’s responsibility to unload goods from the vehicle. Alternative arrangements must be agreed in writing prior to order. Exception – Bisley products are delivered via Bisley approved third party courier to the door (ground floor only).
	02. Operating Hours Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times are always quoted in working days.
	03. Risk & Access Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. You must ensure sufficient access for appropriate delivery vehicles to reach your site safely.
	04. Delivery Dates Dates are approximate. You will receive an expected delivery date via email. In busy periods, lead times may extend. If you have a critical deadline, please contact our Sales Department before ordering.
	05. Shortages While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for short deliveries but will provide outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical.

Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
