Description

Purpose-built for Airbus H155 (EC155) helicopter maintenance

The RBT700 is a dedicated aviation hand-tool kit engineered for technicians working on the Airbus Helicopters H155 (formerly Eurocopter EC155). It combines 130 high-quality Bahco tools with a tough, watertight and impact-resistant red synthetic resin case measuring 600 × 300 × 460 mm and weighing 20 kg when fully loaded. Four organised foam layers keep every tool secure yet instantly accessible, while the dual red/black Skydrol-resistant inlays make any missing item obvious at a glance. This rapid visual check supports rigorous tool-control procedures, helps prevent foreign object debris (FOD) and speeds up both pre- and post-task inventories — critical advantages in commercial, corporate and offshore helicopter operations.

Engineered for real hangar conditions

Aviation hydraulic fluids, oils and the daily knocks of ramp and hangar life demand more than ordinary workshop kits. The RBT700 case is fully watertight and impact-resistant, while the foam itself resists Skydrol, the phosphate-ester hydraulic fluid widely used on modern rotorcraft. The carefully selected Bahco contents cover the most common mechanical tasks on the H155 platform, including cotter-pin extractors and punches, specialised pliers, deep metric hex sockets on ⅜″ drive, imperial and metric socket sets, ratcheting screwdrivers, bits, punches, a telescopic mirror and essential measuring tools. Everything is laid out for logical workflow rather than simply filling space, so technicians spend less time searching and more time working.

Key benefits at a glance
  • 130 genuine Bahco hand tools selected for Airbus H155 / EC155 maintenance tasks
  • Dual-colour (red/black) Skydrol-resistant foam across four layers for instant lost-tool detection
  • Watertight, impact-resistant red synthetic resin case that protects tools in hangar and transport environments
  • Mixed imperial (SAE) and metric sizes to match the aircraft’s fastener standards
  • Compact 600 × 300 × 460 mm footprint and 20 kg loaded weight for practical hand-carry use

Etching Options
Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
