Description

Complete Avionics Capability in a Single Portable System

Aircraft avionics work demands precision, reliability and the right tools immediately to hand. The RBI9693T Avionics Measurement and Maintenance Kit meets this need by combining the Red Box RB19300T avionics test set with the RB19600T tool kit. The result is a fully integrated 330-piece solution containing 68 pieces of conventional and avionics-specific test and measurement equipment plus 262 professional Bahco and DMC tools, all housed in a robust, organised case measuring 630 × 500 × 305 mm and weighing 22 kg.

This kit is designed for MRO facilities, aviation workshops and field service teams who cannot afford missing tools or compromised measurement accuracy. It includes a Fluke 1587 high-performance insulation multimeter for critical insulation resistance and electrical testing, a non-contact Voltstick for safe voltage detection from 50 V to 1000 V AC, specialised aero leads and BNC adapters, precision insertion/removal tools, crimping equipment, wire-twisting pliers and a full range of open-end wrenches, sockets, ratchets and screwdrivers sized for avionics work. The combination allows technicians to move seamlessly from diagnosis to repair without leaving the aircraft or returning to the stores for missing items.

Why This Kit Solves Real Workshop Problems

Incomplete tool sets create delays and increase the risk of incorrect procedures on expensive aircraft systems. By supplying both the measurement instruments and the mechanical tools in one organised package, the RBI9693T reduces downtime, improves consistency and supports compliance with rigorous aviation maintenance standards. Professional-grade Bahco and DMC components deliver the durability and fit required for repeated use in demanding environments, while the Fluke instrumentation provides the measurement confidence that technicians and quality systems demand.

Etching Options
Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
