What is the Prestige range?
Prestige is Jactone’s architectural finish of a standard portable extinguisher. Fire rating, medium and EN3 duty match the equivalent Premium model; the difference is the mirror-polished body, stainless steel handle and presentation for spaces that will not accept a painted workshop cylinder.
It is a finish range, not a sixth fire class. Choose the agent first, then Prestige if the point is visible.

- Listed or client-facing interiors where the extinguisher is part of the fit-out
The practical problem it solves is compliance without a red industrial can in a designed space.

CO2 published figures: discharge ~9.7 s, height 500 mm, diameter 117 mm, filled 5.02 kg / empty 3.02 kg, −20 °C to +60 °C, UKCA and CE.
A typical front-of-house pair is 6L foam + 2 kg CO2: A/B cover plus clean electrical. Add water only if the assessment is Class A and you want no foam film. Add wet chemical from the kitchen category if there is a fryer — Prestige does not include Class F.
Technical and safety notes
- Identify by header colour, not by guessing the polish: foam cream, CO2 black, water red/Class A marking.
- Water and foam: do not freeze; isolate electrics before a water-based attack.
- CO2: asphyxiation risk in tiny rooms; frost-free horn on this model; no Class A rating.
- Foam Eco Plus is PFAS-free. Do not describe it as AFFF.
- Service under BS 5306-3. Polish needs wiping — that is the point of the finish.
- Not MER. If the building is a vessel, use the Marine / Red Ensign category.
