Fast & Simple Assembly Process
The Forma-Stor is designed for rapid on-site assembly, with an average build time of just 10 minutes. The galvanised panels are engineered to fasten neatly together using very few tools.
Standard Assembly Steps:
- Step 1: Base & First Wall – Lay the heavy-duty OSB floor panel on flat ground. Lift the first side panel onto the base, aligning it with the raised metal pegs, and tighten the internal bolts using a socket wrench.
- Step 2: Interlocking the Panels – Position the back panel and the second side panel. These secure together at the internal corners using a quick-release pin and linchpin mechanism.
- Step 3: Front Door Assembly – Slot the front door panel into place and secure the internal locking pins.
- Step 4: Roof Installation – Lift the roof panel (which includes crane lifting eyes) onto the top of the constructed walls.
- Step 5: Final Internal Bolting – Step inside the unit and use a socket wrench to secure the heavy-duty threaded roof bolts in each corner, locking the entire weather-proof structure together.
As demonstrated in the Armorgard assembly video, an experienced team can complete this entire process in as little as 6 minutes.
