When a conventional workbench is too static and a toolbox does not provide enough working space, the Armorgard Mobile TuffBench provides a practical all-in-one solution. Designed for demanding professional environments, it combines a substantial work surface with an integral lockable steel cabinet, allowing tools, equipment and materials to be kept close to the point of work while also providing a stable platform for fabrication, maintenance and installation tasks.

Constructed from 2mm and 3mm steel and finished with a durable powder-coated coating, the Mobile TuffBench is engineered for demanding site use. Its extra-heavy-duty 160mm castors provide mobility, while four-way forklift skids make it suitable for mechanical handling when the unit needs to be relocated around a busy site or workshop. The cabinet is secured by 5-lever deadlocks, and the design incorporates no detachable parts, helping to minimise the risk of components being lost or removed. The manufacturer rates the unit for a 1000kg load limit, making it a serious mobile workstation rather than simply a storage trolley.

Choose the Mobile TuffBench configuration to suit your work

The range is available in two principal configurations. The Armorgard MBH12 is the flexible option, featuring a durable timber work surface that can be customised with equipment such as vices; Armorgard specifically lists the Irwin Engineers Vice EV6 and Irwin Chain Vice CV4 as optional extras.

For M&E contractors and applications where a fully equipped workstation is preferred, the MBH12-VF is supplied with both a chain vice and an engineers vice already fitted. This makes it particularly well suited to applications such as pipework preparation, threading, bending and general on-site engineering work, without requiring the user to source and install the vices separately. Armorgard’s current product information confirms the two models are the MBH12 and MBH12-VF, with the latter supplied with vices fitted.

Reliable nationwide delivery for all HSE Store equipment.	01. Kerbside Delivery Goods are delivered to the kerbside only unless otherwise agreed. All goods must be considered palletised and needing a forklift to offload. It is the buyer’s responsibility to unload goods from the vehicle. Alternative arrangements must be agreed in writing prior to order. Exception – Bisley products are delivered via Bisley approved third party courier to the door (ground floor only).
	02. Operating Hours Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times are always quoted in working days.
	03. Risk & Access Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. You must ensure sufficient access for appropriate delivery vehicles to reach your site safely.
	04. Delivery Dates Dates are approximate. You will receive an expected delivery date via email. In busy periods, lead times may extend. If you have a critical deadline, please contact our Sales Department before ordering.
	05. Shortages While we strive for perfection, we are not liable for short deliveries but will provide outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical.
