The Armorgard TuffBench is a robust, portable folding workbench designed for tradespeople, contractors and maintenance teams who need a dependable working surface without the bulk of a permanent bench. Its powder-coated steel frame and 25mm compressed timber work surface provide a practical platform for everyday site work, while the folding design allows the bench to be collapsed for transport and compact storage. The folding legs are secured with a chain when shut, and the construction incorporates no detachable parts, helping the unit remain together as a single, manageable assembly. With a 300kg working load limit, it is well suited to demanding professional applications where stability and portability are both important.
Three TuffBench models to suit different requirements
Armorgard offers the TuffBench in three configurations, making it possible to choose the level of mobility and tooling you actually need. The BH10 is the standard model, weighing 28kg and providing the core folding workbench platform, with the option to add the handle and wheel kit, a 6″ engineers vice or a 4″ chain vice separately. The BH10-HWF TuffBench+ adds the handle and wheels as standard, making a 31kg bench considerably easier to reposition around a busy site, particularly once tooling is fitted. The BH10-HWVF is the fully equipped option, supplied with the handle, wheels, 4″ chain vice and 6″ engineers vice already fitted; it is the largest and heaviest configuration at 58kg.
All three versions retain the TuffBench’s collapsible format, making them particularly useful where equipment has to be moved between work areas, stored in vehicles or packed away at the end of a job. The standard BH10 and BH10-HWF have external dimensions of approximately 1080 x 750 x 825mm, while the fully equipped BH10-HWVF measures 1140 x 855 x 970mm.
