No. Standard flammable liquid cabinets (COSHH cabinets) are designed to keep external fires out to protect the liquids inside. They are not engineered to contain the intense, explosive heat of a lithium-ion battery fire (thermal runaway) originating from the inside. You must use a dedicated lithium battery storage cabinet.
Is it safe to charge lithium batteries overnight?

What is thermal runaway?
