Description

Complete Tool Control for Professional Engineers

When tools go missing or take too long to locate, productivity drops and safety risks rise — especially in aviation maintenance and demanding industrial environments. The RBT40TDR Milwaukee Level Up Engineer Kit solves this with a carefully selected set of 136 Milwaukee metric tools, all lifetime-guaranteed and securely housed in a heavy-duty wheeled 5-drawer trolley case.

Five layers of two-colour, Skydrol-resistant foam keep every item in its exact place. The dual-colour design makes missing tools immediately obvious, supporting strict Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control and inventory accountability. Red Box’s Push Point Technology cuts deeper foam pockets so tools release cleanly with a simple push, eliminating the frustration of traditional pick points while maximising storage density.

At 600 mm long × 350 mm wide × 460 mm high and weighing 25 kg, the case rolls easily between work areas yet remains compact enough for workshops, hangars or site vehicles. The comprehensive metric selection covers ¼″ and ⅜″ drive sockets (standard and deep), hex and Torx bit sockets, Maxbite combination spanners, double open-end spanners, ratchets, extensions, adapters, pliers, hammers, multi-bit screwdrivers, hex keys, punches and more — everything a professional engineer needs for everyday maintenance and repair tasks.

Etching Options
Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
