Description

Built for the demands of aircraft line and base maintenance, the RBT260TDR delivers a complete, organised tool set in a mobile, impact-resistant case. The synthetic red resin trolley body is fully watertight and houses two-tone red/black foam inlays that resist both Skydrol and general oils – critical protection when working around hydraulic systems and turbine components.

Every tool is selected for aerospace work. The kit centres on dual torque capability: a mechanical dial-scale torque wrench plus an electronic torque-angle wrench (7–135 Nm) and matching digital torque adaptor. Supporting these are slim-head 72-tooth ratchets in ¼″, ⅜″ and ½″ drives, aerospace-profile sockets, combination wrenches, flare-nut wrenches, side cutters, snipe-nose pliers and a full range of extensions and adaptors. The result is a single, roll-to-aircraft solution that reduces tool trips and keeps critical fasteners within specified torque values.

Why this kit solves real hangar problems
  • Mobility & protection – Watertight, impact-resistant trolley case with organised foam keeps tools secure and clean on the apron or in the hangar.
  • Torque accuracy – Mechanical dial and electronic torque-angle wrenches (7–135 Nm) cover the majority of airframe and engine fastener requirements.
  • Aerospace-ready sockets – Dedicated ¼″ and ⅜″ aerospace sockets plus flare-nut wrenches handle AN and specialised fittings without rounding.
  • Complete drive system – Slim-head 72-tooth ratchets, swivel-head breaker bars and wobble extensions give access in confined engine and undercarriage bays.
  • Chemical resistance – Skydrol/oil-resistant foam inlays prevent degradation and cross-contamination during hydraulic and fuel-system work.

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
