Description

Professional aircraft sheet metal work demands tools that stay organised, resist aggressive fluids and travel reliably between hangar and ramp. The RBT250TDR answers that need with a carefully selected collection of 158 Bahco and specialist sheet metal tools housed in a synthetic resin wheeled case. The case is watertight, impact-resistant and fitted with a pressure-equalising valve, while the tools sit in two-colour Skydrol-resistant foam that gives an immediate visual check for missing items — a critical advantage for FOD control.

Built for Real Aircraft Maintenance Tasks

From riveting and dimpling to edge forming, fluting, shearing and hole preparation, the kit covers the core operations performed on aluminium and light-alloy aircraft structures. Contents include multiple riveters (hand, long-arm and extended), rivet gun, dimple dies, fluting and twisting pliers, edge breakers, aviation snips, countersink sets, holesaws, punches, clamps, grips, a cordless drill driver with batteries and charger, drill-stop kit, hand seamer, cleco pliers, dead-blow and dinging hammers, plus supporting files, reamers, bits and measuring tools. Everything is laid out for quick access and secure retention during transport.

  • Watertight, impact-resistant synthetic resin wheeled case with pressure-equalising valve

Etching Options
Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
