Description

Professional Tool Control for Aircraft Maintenance & Avionics

In aviation workshops and hangars, missing tools create serious risks — Foreign Object Debris (FOD) hazards, delayed turnarounds and compliance issues. The RBI9203C solves this with a complete imperial tool set housed in a high-quality 8-drawer Bahco cabinet.

274 Bahco and DMC tools are precision-cut into two-colour, hydraulic-fluid and oil-resistant foam. The contrasting foam colours make any missing tool immediately visible, delivering fast, reliable tool control that supports safety and accountability on the shop floor.

Built for Daily Professional Use

The heavy-duty steel cabinet measures 677 × 501 × 950 mm and weighs 100 kg. It features full-extension ball-bearing slides, a Lock-and-Go latching system that stops drawers opening while the unit is moved, central locking, double-wall construction and non-marking braked castors. One drawer is left empty, giving room to expand the kit as your requirements grow.

The tool selection covers the core needs of aircraft maintenance and avionics work — aerospace sockets in both ¼″ and ⅜″ drives, combination and open-end wrenches, specialist pliers, screwdrivers, feeler gauges, calipers, and a range of DMC connector and crimping tools essential for modern avionics systems. Every tool is backed by Bahco’s lifetime guarantee.

Key Features at a Glance
  • 274 Bahco and DMC imperial (SAE) tools with lifetime guarantee
  • Two-colour foam that is resistant to hydraulic fluid and oil for instant visual tool control
  • Robust 8-drawer Bahco cabinet with Lock-and-Go system and 100 % opening drawers
  • Mobile design with braked non-marking castors, central locking and reinforced double-wall frame
  • One spare drawer for future expansion — ideal for professional aircraft and avionics workshops

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
