Security is paramount on any fast-paced construction site. The FR100-T weighs 270kg and features a robust construction using 1mm and 2mm thick steel. It is fully galvanised and finished with a durable powder coating in Black Grey (RAL 7021) for maximum durability against the elements. To deter theft, the unit is heavily equipped with 5-lever deadlocks and innovative jemmy-proof joins. Inside, a durable OSB floor provides a stable and strong base for heavy equipment. Despite its flat-pack nature, the container remains highly portable once assembled, thanks to integrated forklift pockets and crane lifting eyes. Furthermore, multiple units are stackable to save valuable site footprint.

Effortless On-Site Assembly
We know that time is money on site, which is why the Forma-Stor is engineered to be as simple to build as possible. As demonstrated in our installation video, all you need to assemble the unit is the base, four walls, a roof panel, and a bag of fixings. Armed with an impact driver and a few helpers, a small team can easily construct the entire unit from start to finish. In fact, with a coordinated team, assembly can be completed in as little as 5 minutes. Simply lay the base, slot the wall panels into place, secure the fixings, and attach the roof panel.
