Description

Professional Marine Tool Kit for Yacht Maintenance

The Red Box Tools RBTM4 Yacht Enhanced Kit is a professionally configured 70-piece marine tool kit designed for engineers, technicians and maintenance teams working on yachts and other marine applications. It combines a comprehensive selection of BAHCO hand tools with precision-cut two-colour foam storage, providing a practical solution for keeping essential tools organised, protected and immediately identifiable.

The kit covers a broad range of routine maintenance and repair requirements, including pliers, adjustable wrenches, cutters, stripping tools, ratchets, extensions, precision screwdrivers and an extensive selection of 1/4″ and 3/8″ aerospace sockets in both metric and imperial sizes. This makes the RBTM4 particularly useful where technicians need access to a versatile range of hand tools without carrying multiple loose tool cases or searching through an unorganised toolbox.

Organised Tool Storage for Professional Work

Each tool has its own dedicated position within the two-colour foam layout. This provides a quick visual check of the kit before and after use, making it immediately apparent if a tool is missing. For marine engineers and maintenance teams, this can help improve tool control and reduce the time spent locating equipment during servicing and repair work.

The complete set is supplied in a soft, non-marking carry bag, making it suitable for professional environments where tools need to be transported between workshops, vessels, maintenance areas and other working locations without relying on a bulky conventional toolbox.

Key Features
  • 70-piece professional marine tool kit featuring BAHCO hand tools
  • Comprehensive combination of metric and imperial sockets for versatile maintenance work
  • Two-colour foam tool control makes missing tools easy to identify
  • Supplied in a soft, non-marking carry bag for convenient transportation
  • Professional configuration covering sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, wrenches and stripping tools
Extensive BAHCO Tool Selection

The RBTM4 includes a carefully selected range of BAHCO tools for general mechanical and maintenance applications. The configuration includes diagonal cutters, slip-joint pliers, adjustable wrenches, stripping pliers, cutting and stripping pliers, long flat-nose pliers, combination pliers, curved-jaw clamps and universal grip pliers.

The socket and driver selection provides particularly good versatility, with 1/4″ and 3/8″ quick-release ratchets, extensions and a broad range of aerospace sockets. The set also includes precision flat and Phillips screwdrivers alongside BAHCO Ergo screwdrivers and an end terminal plier suitable for 0.5–4 mm² applications. The full 70-tool configuration is detailed in the manufacturer’s specification sheet.

A Practical Choice for Marine Engineering Teams

The RBTM4 is suited to professional users who need a compact, comprehensive and well-organised hand tool solution for marine maintenance. Rather than supplying a collection of tools that may spend most of their time unused, the kit brings together commonly required hand tools and socket sizes in a format designed for straightforward identification and transportation.

With a footprint of 465 x 110 x 320 mm and a total weight of approximately 6 kg, the kit provides substantial tool coverage while remaining practical to move around a vessel or between maintenance locations.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
