Description

Complete Aircraft Maintenance & Avionics Capability in One Mobile Unit

Aircraft maintenance teams face constant pressure to work accurately, account for every tool, and keep turnaround times tight. The RBT305TDR answers that requirement with a fully equipped Imperial (SAE) kit containing 350 carefully selected Bahco and DMC tools. From general airframe work through to specialised connector and wiring tasks, this single trolley case gives technicians the coverage they need without multiple incomplete kits cluttering the hangar.

Engineered Tool Control That Meets Aviation Standards

Every tool sits in precision CNC-cut foam inlays finished in contrasting red and anthracite. The dual-colour system makes a missing tool obvious at a glance, dramatically reducing the time spent on tool checks and lowering the risk of foreign object debris. Red Box Push Point Technology cuts deeper release pockets beneath each tool so items lift cleanly with a simple press, saving valuable drawer space compared with traditional finger-cut foam. The foam itself is Skydrol-resistant, ensuring it remains stable and serviceable in environments where hydraulic fluid exposure is common.

The case is a heavy-duty synthetic resin trolley with integrated drawers, measuring 540 mm × 320 mm × 670 mm. It provides organised, mobile storage that rolls easily between aircraft stands while protecting the contents during transport and daily use.

What’s Inside

The selection balances everyday mechanical tools with dedicated avionics equipment. You will find extensive ¼″ and ⅜″ drive socket sets (standard, deep and swivel), combination and ratcheting wrenches, high-quality pliers and cutters, precision screwdrivers, files, punches, and measuring instruments, together with a full suite of DMC insertion/removal tools, crimp tools, positioners, cable strippers and related connector hardware. The result is a single, coherent kit that supports both structural and electrical work without the need for secondary cases.

Key benefits at a glance:
  • 350 genuine Bahco and DMC Imperial tools covering general maintenance and avionics tasks
  • Dual-colour red/anthracite foam with Push Point Technology for instant tool accountability and FOD prevention
  • Skydrol-resistant CNC foam and synthetic resin trolley case with drawers for hangar durability
  • Mobile, organised storage that keeps the complete kit together and ready for immediate use
  • Professional-grade selection trusted by MRO and aviation maintenance teams

Etching Options
Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
