Description

Professional-Grade Aircraft Mechanic Tool Kit – RBI9500C

Built for the exacting demands of aircraft maintenance and aviation engineering, the RBI9500C delivers a fully equipped 160-piece Imperial (SAE) tool set from BACHO, housed in a robust 8-drawer roller cabinet. Every tool is precision-engineered for reliability in environments where safety, accuracy and accountability are non-negotiable.

The cabinet measures 677 mm (L) × 501 mm (W) × 950 mm (H) and weighs 100 kg, providing a stable, mobile workstation. Dual-colour foam inlays are the standout practical feature: one colour for the tool shadow, a contrasting colour behind it. Any missing item is instantly visible, dramatically reducing the risk of foreign object debris (FOD) and speeding up end-of-shift checks.

What’s Included – Core Tool Categories
  • Extensive ¼” and ⅜” socket sets covering fine increments from 3/16″ through to larger sizes, including deep and long sockets
  • Ratchets (¼” and ⅜”, including slim-head and long versions), T-handles, speeders, universal joints and extension bars
  • Full range of combination wrenches, open-end wrenches, ratcheting wrenches and adjustable wrenches
  • Professional screwdriver set (slotted, Phillips, Pozidriv, Torx and offset), plus ratchet bit drivers and bit sets
  • Aviation-focused hand tools: pliers (side cutters, combination, long-nose, twisting, slip-joint), punches, pin punches, extractors, hammers, mallets, scribers, rules, mirrors and magnetic pick-ups

All tools are BACHO quality, chosen for consistent fit, durability and the tight tolerances required in aircraft work.

Why This Kit Solves Real Workshop Problems

Aircraft technicians need tools that are both comprehensive and controllable. Scattered or incomplete kits waste time and introduce risk. The RBI9500C eliminates that friction with a single, organised mobile station that keeps every socket, wrench and driver accounted for. Colour-coded foam turns tool control from a chore into a quick visual check, supporting safer hangar and workshop practice.

Key Benefits at a Glance
  • 160 genuine BACHO Imperial (SAE) hand tools selected for aircraft and precision mechanical work
  • 8-drawer roller cabinet with dual-colour foam inlays for instant missing-tool detection
  • Robust construction (677 × 501 × 950 mm, 100 kg) built for daily professional use
  • Comprehensive socket, wrench, screwdriver and pliers coverage in one organised system
  • Designed to support FOD control and efficient tool accountability in aviation environments

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
