Description

Professional Aircraft Servicing Kit with Full Tool Control

Aircraft maintenance demands absolute tool accountability. Missing tools create foreign object debris risks, slow turnaround times and compliance headaches. The RBI9230C from Red Box Tools solves this with 373 carefully selected Bahco tools housed in a robust 3-drawer cabinet and fully embedded in high-visibility two-colour foam. Every socket, wrench, screwdriver and specialist aviation tool has its own cut-out, so any absence is immediately obvious. The result is faster tool location, reduced search time and a clear audit trail for hangar and line-maintenance environments.

Bahco tools carry a lifetime guarantee and are chosen for the dimensional accuracy, strength and finish required on airframes and engines. The kit covers the core ranges needed for general servicing: extensive ¼″, ⅜″ and ½″ socket sets (including aerospace sizes), crowfoot wrenches, ratchet and open-end combinations, insulated and Ergo screwdrivers, pliers, punches, torque tools, hammers and inspection equipment. The cabinet itself measures 677 mm × 501 mm × 905 mm and weighs 130 kg, providing a stable, mobile workstation that keeps everything together and protected.

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
