Description

A Professional Tool Kit for Field Electrical Work

The RBA51 Field Electrician Standard Tool Kit is a professionally assembled 36-tool solution designed for electricians and maintenance professionals who need a comprehensive selection of essential hand tools in a compact, organised format. Supplied in a robust protective case with precision-cut foam tool storage, it keeps the tools secure, clearly organised and readily accessible when working on site or away from the workshop. The manufacturer specifies a compact 425 × 360 × 225mm footprint and a total weight of 7.5kg, making it practical for mobile engineering and electrical maintenance applications.

The kit brings together combination and ratchet wrenches, 3/8″ aerospace sockets, a 1/4″ ratchet and extensions, screwdrivers, pliers, cutters, hacksaw equipment and striking tools. The inclusion of a range of socket sizes from 6mm through to 18mm, alongside multiple combination and ratchet wrench sizes, provides useful coverage for a wide range of routine fastening and maintenance tasks.

Designed for Mobile Professional Use

For field electricians, carrying the right tools to the job is essential. The RBA51 reduces the need to assemble individual tools before every job by bringing a broad selection together in one dedicated kit. The foam layout also makes it easier to identify missing tools at a glance, helping maintain an orderly working environment and reducing time spent searching through a general-purpose toolbox.

The kit includes Bahco tools and components, including a 1/4″ slim-head 72-tooth ratchet, aerospace sockets, Ergo screwdrivers, combination pliers, diagonal cutters and other specialist hand tools listed within the manufacturer’s specification.

What’s Included
  • 36 professional hand tools selected for field electrical and maintenance applications
  • 3/8″ aerospace socket set, covering sizes 6mm–18mm
  • Combination and ratchet wrenches covering a useful range of common fastener sizes
  • Ergo screwdrivers, pliers, cutters and hex keys for general electrical and mechanical tasks
  • 1/4″ and 3/8″ drive equipment, including ratchets, extensions, universal joint and adaptor

The manufacturer’s product sheet confirms the RBA51 contains 36 tools and identifies the individual components supplied within the kit.

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching
Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
