Our Permit To Work – Hot Works (Pad of 50) is a professional A4 triplicate NCR pad that helps control welding, cutting, grinding and flame heating through clear risk checks, authorisations and hand‑back, so fire risks are properly managed on site. Each pad contains 50 permits, glued at the head with a rigid board back, producing an original plus two duplicates; the contractor’s back copy is card with a temporary warning sign for on‑site display.

Built around practical hot work controls, the permit prompts removal of combustibles, gas cylinder handling, isolations, ventilation, fire‑resistant sheeting, extinguishers to hand, trained fire watch, and post‑work inspections before close‑out. The three‑part workflow supports recognised hot‑work permit practice, providing sections for hazards/precautions, start authorisation, extensions and cancellation/hand‑back to create a robust audit trail.
