At the core of this unit is its exceptional mobility. The dolly is fitted with 4 swivel castors with 125mm diameter wheels. These utilise premium solid rubber tyres and precision roller bearings to ensure smooth, effortless gliding across factory floors. The chassis itself boasts a tough blue epoxy finish, offering excellent resistance to impact, wear, and tear. Despite a relatively lightweight chassis of just 12kg , the structurally sound frame supports a highly impressive maximum load of 250kg.

This unit is purposefully designed to carry European 600 x 400mm containers. The intelligent, lip-edged tray safely accommodates these standard boxes in any combination of heights, making it a highly versatile addition to your processing lines. (Please note: Containers are NOT included , though we supply a vast range separately to suit your needs). For enhanced control and to prevent excessive bending, you can easily pair this base with our optional Euro Dolly Handle.
