You can configure your trolley with either 2 or 3 trays in varnished ply timber panel or sheet steel trays, depending entirely on your payload requirements. To actively prevent items from slipping off and getting damaged during transit, the timber shelves feature a 10mm raised edge, whilst the steel shelves are equipped with a deeper 20mm raised edge. To match your company branding or simply add a splash of colour to the factory floor, they are finished in a brilliant blue or red epoxy.

Navigating tight warehouse aisles is effortless thanks to the premium wheel configuration. Each trolley sits securely on plate fixing castors with 160mm diameter rubber tyred wheels. Utilising smooth roller bearings alongside 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors, you get the perfect balance of pinpoint steering control and straight-line stability. If you need to lock the trolley in place for safe loading and unloading, optional extras include total stop brakes.
