The hinged doors are fitted with a padlock facility (padlock not supplied), allowing you to restrict access solely to authorised personnel. Furthermore, every cage is supplied complete with a gas storage warning identification label to ensure immediate visual compliance on the factory floor. The exterior is finished in a tough blue epoxy powder coating to withstand daily industrial wear and tear.

Manual handling of heavy gas cylinders can be difficult, which is why these cages are designed with user ergonomics in mind. The doors open through 180 degrees, allowing completely unimpeded access for safe, straightforward loading and unloading.

Mobile and Static Variations to Suit Your Site

We understand that every facility operates differently. You can choose between two primary base variations:

• Static Model: Perfect for permanent, dedicated storage bays. It is securely mounted on 4 pallet feet.

• Mobile Model: Designed for safe, heavy-duty transport across the warehouse. It is mounted on 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors fitted with high-quality 200mm blue resilex wheels and roller bearings. A push handle is located at one end for easy steering, and the unit can handle a massive max load of 500kg. We include Total Stop brakes as standard where others provide as an optional extra cost.

Optimised Internal Storage

Whether you are storing Propane or Calor gas, we have a shelving configuration designed to maximise your space:

• Open Shelf Model: Configured without a central shelf, this variation allows you to carry a maximum of 8 x propane type cylinders.

• Fixed Shelf Model: Features a centrally fixed shelf, drastically increasing your capacity to carry a maximum of 16 x Calor gas type cylinders.
