Unauthorised access is actively prevented by heavy-duty lever lock handles, which utilise two rods locking securely at both the top and the bottom of the unit. Each cabinet is supplied ready-to-use with two keys. The exterior is protected by a tough, Light Grey (RAL7035) powder-coated finish and prominently features warning stickers to immediately alert personnel to the hazardous contents housed within.
Intelligent Spill Management
Accidental leaks and drips are a common challenge when storing chemical containers. Redditek has engineered a highly effective solution by equipping the internal shelf trays with punched drain holes. This intelligent design allows any liquid spillages to safely drain straight through and collect in the base sump. The sump itself is fully removable, making the clean-up and safe disposal of hazardous liquid spills incredibly convenient and minimising downtime.
Adaptable Capacity for Your Exact Needs
Out of the box, each adjustable shelf offers a solid 35kg capacity, supporting a maximum overall cabinet load of 250kg. However, we know that some operations require the storage of exceptionally dense liquids or heavy bulk containers. If you need extra strength, we offer an optional factory upgrade (Ref: FBHD) to reinforce the shelves to an impressive 80kg capacity, which safely increases the maximum cabinet load limit to 400kg.
