Heavy-Duty Steel Fabrication

Manufactured to stringent ISO 9001:2015 standards, these barriers boast an incredibly durable, fully welded construction. The core framework is fabricated from premium 80mm x 80mm x 3mm square hollow section (SHS) mild steel, ensuring the unit can absorb and deflect significant kinetic force. For a steadfast anchor, each barrier is equipped with substantial 150mm x 100mm x 5mm thick base plates. These are pre-drilled and supplied complete with M10 x 100 parabolts, ensuring a rock-solid, surface-mounted installation directly into your concrete floor.

High-Visibility & Hygienic Finish

Longevity and visibility are crucial for factory safety. To achieve this, the raw steelwork undergoes a rigorous three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating process. It is then finished with an Epoxy Polyester full gloss powder coating, stoved at 180°C in a highly visible Truflow Yellow. Uniquely, this protective layer incorporates Germ Guard Active Technology—an advanced antibacterial compound that actively prevents the growth of harmful bacteria, making it an excellent choice for environments where hygiene is a top priority.
