The core framework is constructed from premium 16-gauge mild steel ERW tube (50mm x 25mm), reinforced with RSA angle iron to prevent structural twisting under load. The heavy-gauge 3″ x 1″ mesh panelling provides excellent visual stock management while keeping goods firmly enclosed.

Furthermore, every Boxwell trolley is treated with a rigorous three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating before being finished in an epoxy polyester powder coat, stoved at 180ยฐC. This premium finish is uniquely infused with Germ Guard Active Technology, a synthetic antibacterial compound that actively reduces the spread of bacteria on high-touch surfacesโperfect for shared industrial environments.
