Our Permit To Work โ Excavation (Pad of 50) is an A4 triplicate NCR pad built to control groundworks safely, guiding risk checks, authorisations, and handโback so digging only proceeds under a tightly managed system. Each set is glued at the head with a rigid board back and provides an original plus two duplicates for onโsite display, control room visibility, and permanent recordsโideal for busy sites issuing permits daily.
Purposeโdesigned for excavations, the format prompts verification of buried services locations, CAT and Genny scans, shoring and trench support, barrier plans, and competent supervision before breaking ground. The threeโpart workflow reinforces good permit practice, reducing clashes with other works and providing clear traceability from issue through to handโback and cancellation.
