Our Permit To Work – Breaking Lines (Pad of 50) is a professional A4 triplicate NCR pad designed specifically for isolating and breaking containment on pipework carrying liquids, gases, or chemicals, ensuring line breaks are controlled, documented, and authorised before work begins. Each set is glued at the head with a sturdy board back and provides an original plus two duplicates, enabling clear on‑site display, control room visibility, and permanent records for full traceability across teams.
Purpose‑built for line breaking tasks, the permit guides checks for isolation and lock‑off of upstream/downstream valves, depressurisation and purging, spill containment readiness, atmospheric monitoring, and competent supervision. The three‑part workflow mirrors recognised HSG250 permit practice, with clear sections for job details, hazards/precautions, authorisation to start, and hand‑back/cancellation to maintain safe control throughout the task.
