The foundation of the trolley is an all-steel welded base that ensures exceptional rigidity under pressure. This is complemented by a substantial timber deck acting as a large standard Euro platform, expertly formulated to withstand harsh, daily industrial wear. For enhanced resistance to corrosion and scuffs, the frame is treated with a tough, blue epoxy finish.

• Opt for the minimal “Platform Only” design for quick loading and unloading of oversized items.

• Choose single or double ends, featuring handle ends that are fully welded to the base for superior pushing and pulling strength.

• Select removable zinc-plated mesh side panels for excellent load visibility and security.

• Alternatively, utilise the clear varnished plywood end and side panels to prevent smaller loose items from slipping through during transit.

Smooth Mobility & Premium Wheel Options

Navigating tight warehouse aisles and loading bays is practically effortless. The standard setup includes 2 swivel and 2 fixed castors, equipped with 160mm diameter rubber-tyred roller bearing wheels. Depending on your specific flooring or safety protocols, you can easily upgrade your trolley with a variety of optional extras. Add total stop brakes , switch to 160mm non-marking tyres , or opt for 200mm or 260mm pneumatic tyres. Please note: equipping the 200mm pneumatic tyres reduces the overall capacity to 250kgs and increases the deck height by 40mm, whilst the 260mm tyres raise the deck height by 100mm . You can also protect your premises and the trolley itself by adding factory-fitted bumper strips.
