To ensure exceptional manoeuvrability under heavy loads, the truck is fitted with premium Resilex heavy-duty castors-200mm. Furthermore, operator safety is heavily prioritised through the inclusion of hooded grips for hand protection, which significantly reduce the risk of knuckle abrasions or impact injuries during transit through tight doorways or corridors.
Hygienic and Hard-Wearing Finish
Industrial handling equipment must withstand abrasive daily wear while maintaining a professional appearance. To achieve this, a three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating are applied to the metalwork. The product is powder-coated – Blue RAL 5017. For ultimate longevity and hygiene, it is powder-coated with one coat of epoxy polyester full gloss powder, stoved at 180deg, including our germ guard anti-bacterial compound. This active anti-bacterial layer makes it an excellent choice for hygienic environments, and maintenance is incredibly simpleโjust clean paintwork periodically with warm soapy water or Foaming cleaner.
