Unlike standard commercial trolleys, the Boxwell range is uncompromisingly built for rigorous daily use. The core framework is constructed from premium 16-gauge mild steel ERW tube (50mm x 25mm), reinforced with RSA angle iron to prevent structural twisting under load. The heavy-gauge 3″ x 1″ mesh panelling provides excellent visual stock management while keeping goods firmly enclosed.

Total Weight Resilience: Safely handles a staggering 500kg Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL).
Adaptable Shelving: Supplied with two fully adjustable shelves (capable of 100kg UDL each), available in either durable steel or resilient plywood to suit your specific cargo.
Precision Mobility: Glides effortlessly across warehouse floors on 125mm heavy-duty blue resilex castors, featuring a two-fixed and two-swivel-brake configuration for pinpoint steering and stationary stability.

Uncompromising Security and Hygiene

Protecting your stock from damage or theft during transit is vital. The Boxwell Trolley is available with or without fitted doors; the enclosed models feature heavy-duty 63mm hinges and are equipped with a secure hasp and staple, ready to accept a padlock.

Furthermore, every Boxwell trolley is treated with a rigorous three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating before being finished in an epoxy polyester powder coat, stoved at 180°C. This premium finish is uniquely infused with Germ Guard Active Technology, a synthetic antibacterial compound that actively reduces the spread of bacteria on high-touch surfaces—perfect for shared industrial environments.

	03. Risk & Access Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. You must ensure sufficient access for appropriate delivery vehicles to reach your site safely.
