Technical Construction & Industrial Durability

Manufactured to exacting ISO 9001:2015 standards , these barriers are built from fully welded mild steel. The core framework consists of robust ERW fabricated tubing measuring 50.8mm in diameter with a 2.03mm thickness, ensuring it can withstand significant industrial wear and tear. Before painting, each unit undergoes a rigorous three-stage pre-treatment and phosphate coating process to prepare the metal. It is then finished with an epoxy polyester full gloss powder that is stoved at 180 degrees Celsius, providing a highly durable surface.

High Visibility & Germ Guard Technology

Workplace safety requires high visibility, which is why these protection barriers are supplied in a bright Truflow Yellow finish. As an added benefit for modern hygiene standards, the powder coating incorporates Germ Guard Active Technology. This antibacterial compound actively works to reduce the spread of germs on contact surfaces.

Straightforward Installation & Maintenance

Securing these heavy-gauge steel barriers to your premises is a simple process. Each leg features a robust 150mm x 120mm base plate that is 5mm thick and pre-drilled with two Ø13.5mm holes. Heavy-duty M10 x 100 parabolts are included as standard to ensure the unit is securely anchored to your concrete flooring. For ongoing maintenance, simply check the tightness of all fixings periodically and clean the steelwork with warm soapy water as required.
