Engineered for Ultimate Safety and Compliance
Protecting your workforce is non-negotiable. This unit is manufactured according to Health and Safety executive guidance note PM28 (3rd edition) December 2005. It is officially approved to be used by 2 persons of average weight, supporting a max total load capacity of 350kg. For added security while elevated, the platform utilises a hinged entry gate with a spring return to closed position. A spring loaded retention bolt holds the gate in the closed position, preventing accidental openings.
Robust British Manufacturing
Proudly made in Britain, this man cage is built to withstand rigorous daily use. The structure is fully welded with a raised expanded metal floor, located and welded into a formed kickboard surround to prevent tools from dropping. It also features a tubular handrail and rear RSA frame with wire mesh panels to protect operatives from the forklift mast. The entire cage is finished in a bright yellow epoxy to ensure high visibility in busy industrial environments.
Bespoke Fit for Your Forklift
A one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work for heavy machinery. In the interests of safety, we do not specify standard fork location details; instead, the platform must be manufactured to your forklift truck specification. To ensure a perfect fit, you must specify the length of the fork, the width and depth (cross section) of the fork, and the maximum standard distance between forks on all orders. Once manufactured, the platform locks onto the lift truck forks with threaded screw jacks for an incredibly stable anchor.

Mobility Castors (Ref: ASP4): Add optional castors—2 swivel, 2 fixed castors, with 100mm diameter nylon wheels. This provides for ease of movement and storage independent of the forklift truck. Please note that adding these wheels increases height by 125mm.

Heavy-Duty Tool Tray (Ref: ASP2): Keep your tools secure at height with a welded tool tray that hooks onto the front guard rail. It comes complete with locking screws and measures 1000 x 200 x 200mm, with a weight of 10kg.
