Our Permit To Work – Confined Spaces (Pad of 50) is a professional A4, triplicate NCR system for planning, authorising and controlling high‑risk entries so confined space tasks are carried out safely by competent personnel. Each pad provides 50 permits glued at the head with a rigid board back, producing an original and two duplicates; the contractor copy is card‑backed for on‑site display to raise visibility while work is underway.
Purpose‑designed for confined space entries, the permit prompts verification of competence and training, isolation/LOTO, purging and cleaning, pre‑entry gas testing and continuous monitoring, communications, standby and rescue arrangements, and PPE including harness/BA where required. The three‑part workflow supports recognised UK guidance by ensuring clear authorisation, shift extensions and hand‑back/cancellation, creating an auditable trail across issuer, operations and contractor.
