Protection and tool accountability are central to the RBTSK801T. The synthetic resin case is watertight, impact-resistant and fitted with a pressure-equalising valve, while the two-colour red and anthracite foam inlays provide a high-contrast background that makes missing tools immediately easier to identify. The foam is also specified as Skydrol resistant, making the kit particularly well suited to the demanding requirements associated with aviation tooling and technician training. The case measures 546mm long x 347mm wide x 247mm high and contains the complete 96-tool arrangement in dedicated heavy-duty foam layers.

The kit also extends beyond conventional hand tools, with a 150mm caliper, 150mm combination square, calculator, 7+1 SMD pen light, telescope mirror, optical magnifier, 300mm/12-inch steel rule, magnetic pick-up, feeler gauge, marker pen set and a 25-piece HSS drill bit set. This broad combination helps provide technicians and students with a consolidated toolkit for measuring, inspection, adjustment and general workshop tasks without the need to source numerous individual items separately.

Reliable nationwide delivery for all HSE Store equipment.	01. Kerbside Delivery Goods are delivered to the kerbside only unless otherwise agreed. All goods must be considered palletised and needing a forklift to offload. It is the buyer’s responsibility to unload goods from the vehicle. Alternative arrangements must be agreed in writing prior to order. Exception – Bisley products are delivered via Bisley approved third party courier to the door (ground floor only).
	02. Operating Hours Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Lead times are always quoted in working days.
	03. Risk & Access Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. You must ensure sufficient access for appropriate delivery vehicles to reach your site safely.
	04. Delivery Dates Dates are approximate. You will receive an expected delivery date via email. In busy periods, lead times may extend. If you have a critical deadline, please contact our Sales Department before ordering.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
