Description

A Professional Marine Tooling Solution

The RBTM9C Boat Building Tool Cabinet is a comprehensive professional tool storage solution designed for demanding boatbuilding, marine engineering and workshop environments. It combines an 8-drawer Red Box Tools cabinet with 138 Bahco tools, providing a carefully organised selection of hand tools, sockets, spanners, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, punches, cutting tools and measuring equipment in one dedicated workstation. The supplied specification lists the cabinet at 677mm long, 501mm wide and 950mm high, with a total weight of 100kg.

The tools are securely housed within two-colour foam inserts, giving clear tool identification and a high level of tool control. The foam is resistant to hydraulic fluid and oil, making the system particularly well suited to professional marine and industrial environments where tools may be exposed to oils, fluids and general workshop contamination. With a broad combination of metric spanners, ratchets and sockets across 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ drives, specialist pliers, punches, chisels, screwdrivers, hacksaw equipment, measuring tools and workshop accessories, the RBTM9C provides a practical centralised tooling solution for engineers and technicians.

Built for Organised Professional Work

For boatyards and marine workshops, having the correct tooling immediately available can make a significant difference to maintenance efficiency. Rather than storing individual tools across multiple boxes or workstations, the RBTM9C brings a substantial range of commonly required hand tools together in a structured, foam-controlled system.

The selection includes 1/2″ sockets from 10mm through to 32mm, 1/4″ and 3/8″ socket ranges, multiple ratchets and extensions, combination spanners from 5.5mm to 24mm, adjustable and ratcheting wrenches, specialist pliers, Bahco Ergo screwdrivers, Torx and hex sets, hammers, punches, chisels and cutting equipment. The data sheet also specifies digital callipers, combination squares, a magnetic tape measure, quick clamp, electrician’s scissors and other workshop essentials.

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching
Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
