Description

Professional Tooling for Yacht Maintenance

The Red Box RBTM7 – Professional Yacht Maintenance Tool Kit – 105 Tools is a comprehensive professional tool kit designed by industry experts for the demands of working aboard yachts. With 105 tools covering mechanical maintenance, fastening, electrical work, measurement and general repairs, it provides a versatile selection for professional crews and engineering teams who need a substantial range of tools readily available onboard.

The kit incorporates both 1/4″ and 3/8″ drive socket systems, including 60-tooth quick-release ratchets, extensions and a wide selection of aerospace sockets. It also includes an extensive range of combination wrenches, adjustable wrenches, pliers, Ergo screwdrivers, precision screwdrivers, hex and Torx sets, T-handles and other essential hand tools. Specialist equipment such as a multimeter, 150mm caliper, 10m tape measure, hacksaw frame and two types of hammer further extends its capability for onboard maintenance and repair work.

Organised and Easy to Manage

A major advantage of the RBTM7 is its Shadow FoamingĀ® insert system. Every tool has its own dedicated cut-out, providing a clear and organised layout that makes individual tools easy to locate and helps identify missing equipment at a glance. This is particularly useful in professional environments where tool control and keeping a complete kit together are important.

The complete kit measures 730mm long x 200mm wide x 420mm high and weighs 15kg. Its portable format allows a substantial selection of professional tools to be kept together and transported as a single organised kit, making it a practical choice for yacht crews and marine engineering teams carrying out maintenance away from a conventional workshop.

Key Features
  • 105 professional tools selected for a broad range of yacht maintenance applications
  • 1/4″ and 3/8″ drive socket systems with 60-tooth quick-release ratchets and extensions

Etching Options
Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching
Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
