Description

RBT37T Windmill Tethered Toolkit – 114 Tools

The RBT37T Windmill Tethered Toolkit is a comprehensive professional tool solution developed for working at height within the wind power industry, combining 114 tools and accessories within a robust, transportable case. With a carefully selected range of sockets, combination wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, punches, hammers, measuring equipment and specialist hand tools, it provides technicians with the equipment needed for a broad range of maintenance and service tasks without the inefficiency of assembling and transporting individual tools. The kit contains 113 working-at-height tools plus one storage accessory, with the tools securely positioned within precision-cut two-colour foam for improved tool control and rapid identification.

Designed for Controlled Tool Management at Height

Tool control is particularly important when carrying out maintenance above ground, and the RBT37T has been configured with this requirement in mind. The tools are fitted into two-colour foam inserts, providing a clearly defined location for each item and helping technicians quickly identify missing equipment before, during and after a job. The foam is also resistant to hydraulic fluid, making the kit well suited to demanding industrial environments where exposure to oils and hydraulic fluids can occur. The complete system is supplied in a rigid case measuring 538mm × 405mm × 250mm and weighing 25kg, providing a compact and organised solution for transporting a substantial professional tool inventory.

Comprehensive Professional Tool Selection

The 114-piece configuration includes 1/4″ and 1/2″ drive socketry, metric combination wrenches from 6mm through to 32mm, multiple screwdriver configurations, adjustable and slip-joint pliers, side cutters, snipe-nose cutters, pry bar, magnetic and flexible pick-up tools, punches, mallet, hammer, caliper, feeler gauge and other specialist equipment. The socket selection also includes metric hex and Torx drive options, while the ratchets, breaker bars, extensions and universal joints provide flexibility for working across a wide range of fasteners.

Key benefits at a glance:
  • 114-piece professional toolkit – 113 tools for working at height plus one storage accessory.
  • Purpose-built for wind power applications – comprehensive hand-tool coverage for professional maintenance work.
  • Enhanced tool control – tools are securely organised within two-colour foam inserts for quick identification.
  • Hydraulic-fluid-resistant foam – suited to demanding industrial and maintenance environments.
  • Rigid protective case – compact, organised and easier to transport between maintenance locations.

Information
Foam Etching
Foam Etching

The corresponding tool code is permanently laser-etched into the foam adjacent to each tool cut-out.

This provides immediate visual confirmation of missing tools and significantly strengthens shadow board / FOD control discipline. Ideal for hangar and workshop environments where rapid visual audits are required.

Standard Tool Etching
Standard Tool Etching

A single consistent code is laser-etched onto every tool in the kit. The code is supplied by the customer (maximum 8 characters).

Enables clear ownership identification across multiple kits, teams or locations. Particularly effective for reducing tool loss and preventing mix-ups on busy sites or mobile operations.

Sequential Tool Etching
Sequential Tool Etching

Each tool is laser-etched with its own unique sequential code. The customer supplies both the base code and the starting number sequence (maximum 8 characters in total).

Combines kit-level identification with individual tool traceability. Recommended where precise tool logging, issue and return control is required, while still maintaining a clear link back to the parent kit.
