Description

Complete Avionics Maintenance Capability in One Mobile Cabinet

The RBT9293C is a purpose-built master kit for aircraft mechanics and avionics technicians who need reliable, fully controlled tooling for maintenance and testing work. It combines 294 carefully selected BAHCO and DMC tools with specialist avionics equipment, all housed in a robust wheeled 8-drawer workshop cabinet. Every tool is nested in two-colour Skydrol-resistant foam, giving instant visual confirmation of missing items and supporting rigorous foreign object debris (FOD) control standards required in hangar environments.

This is not a generic toolbox. The selection focuses on the everyday and specialist tasks encountered during avionics system work — precision crimping, connector insertion and extraction, aerospace socket work, wire handling, measurement and testing. DMC positioners, step-adjustable and miniature crimp tools, insertion/removal tools, aerospace sockets, multimeters and dedicated test leads form the core of the avionics content, supported by high-quality BAHCO hand tools that carry a lifetime guarantee.

Built for Workshop Durability and Daily Tool Control

The cabinet itself is an extra-large capacity Bahco trolley designed for continuous professional use. Drawers run on ball-bearing slides and open fully, each rated to 30 kg. A Lock & Go latching system keeps drawers closed during movement, while the double-walled steel construction, powder-coated finish and secure locking mechanism protect both tools and investment. Large noiseless rubber wheels (two fixed, two swivel with brakes) allow smooth, controlled movement around the hangar or workshop floor.

The two-colour foam is specifically formulated to resist Skydrol and common hydraulic fluids, ensuring the shadow layout remains clear and functional even in demanding aviation environments. This combination of lifetime-guaranteed tools and disciplined tool control reduces time spent searching for equipment and helps maintain the high levels of accountability expected on the flight line and in the hangar.
