What colours are these available in?	These are available as standard from the colour options in the product selections, however we can quote for any colour requirements you may have. Just get in touch!
Can I get spare parts?	Yes, absolutely! Visit our spare parts page here for replacement treads, platforms, hoof & feet assemblies and more.
Does the platform count as a tread?	Yes it does. When we say a 5 tread mobile step, this comprises of 4 toe boards and the top platform.
Can these be used outside?	We don’t recommend using our mobile steps outside as they are not galvanised, which significantly reduces their lifespan. If you need outdoor use mobile steps, please get in touch as we can quote for any requirements.
What accessories are available?	We have a full range of accessories available, just visit our accessories page.
Can I get a discount for a larger order?	Get in touch with us for multiple quantity orders, and lets see what we can do!

Delivery Information

		DELIVERY INFORMATION
		1. The goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, only at the kerbside of the address provided by you on the order form / web order unless otherwise agreed (exception to this is our Bisley range of goods, which are to the premises). Kerbside delivery is delivery of the order to the buyer to the kerbside only, it is the responsibility of the buyer to unload all goods from the delivery vehicle. Alternative delivery options are available and are chargeable at extra cost to any other advertised delivery options. Alternative delivery arrangements must be made prior to order and agreed by the buyer and the seller in writing.
		2. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (with the exception of Bank Holidays) and lead times are always quoted in working days.
		3. The risk in the goods shall pass to you upon such delivery taking place. You the customer must ensure sufficient access for the appropriate delivery vehicle.
		4. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods however caused. On order acknowledgement you, the buyer, will receive an expected delivery date via email update. In busy periods these lead times can be extended. If you require your goods by a specific date please contact our Sales Department prior to ordering to see if we can facilitate a promised delivery.
		5. We shall not be liable to you, the buyer, for short delivery of the goods however caused but will provide you with the outstanding goods as soon as is reasonably practical.
